When will my order be shipped ?

All orders are shipped between 1 and 10 days after being payed. 

We usually send on tuesdays and wednesdays every week.

We ship from France. No dropshipping !!

No shipping on week-ends.Please be patient as we are exhibitors in conventions and we are always on the road.

We are only 2 people.

You will get emails when your package is ready.Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to the Post or Mondial Relay.

Purchases made in conventions

No money back in conventions. No money back, no exchanges after the conventions.

French law:

"Le consommateur ne bénéficie pas d’un droit de rétractation pour tout achat effectué dans les foires / salons / ou sur les

stands". Loi Hamon, article L.121-97 du Code de la consommation.

You did not pickup your package and it is sent back to us

If you want your package back, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

Package pickup is your responsability, not ours.

Please be careful and check your tracking.

No exceptions.

IMPORTANT ! You do not have your package and it is marked as delivered

Once we sent the packages, it out of our responsability. You need to send your packages at a secure location.

Beware of theft in public places like business adresses.

You need to contact your carrier then you contact us.

Carriers do not refund shipping costs on packages marked as delivered.

If your package is lost or stolen, you need to check with your carrier. We are not responsible.

But you can always contact us for help.

My package arrived ruined or spoiled

Always take pictures and signal it to your carrier right away before accepting the package !

We are not responsible for the way carriers treat packages. 

We always make sure that you order is well packed.

Contact us if needed after contacting your carrier.

We only ship in the European Union. If you dont see your country in the list, we do not ship there.

How much are the shipping costs ?

We always sent with tracking. If applicable, you will have to pay duty taxes.

We only ship In the European Union.

In the EU you do not have to pay duty taxes except for:

- Helgoland Island, Büsingen, Féroé islands, Groënland, Ceuta, Melilla, Canaries, Aland islands, Mont Athos, Vatican, Saint Marin.

Exchanges and refunds

We will get back to you as soon as possible.

You have 14 days after getting your package to contact us for exchanges or refunds.

Returns must be in perfect condition. If accepted, you will have to pay the return. And we will pay to send the package back to you with your exchange.

You have another 14 days to returns the package after we accepted.

We then have 14 days to send the exchange to you or to give you yor money back.

We usually do it right away.

No money back and exchanges on lingerie, socks, bathing suits, leg warmers, masks, earrings.

Please send back package in perfect conditions (no cat hairs, no smells, do not wear the items, do not retouched them, do not wash them... with this paper:

We are allowed to refuse an items if not in perfect condition. And we are allowed to refund only a percentage of the value.
